Week 4 Results, Highlights, and Coverage Hub

This week could be the first real test for some top teams in the state. Keep returning to this hub for all our recaps, coverage, and results as they come in.

Week 4 Results and Coverage

Foster Boone of Bridgewater-Raritan and Laura Baeyens of Watchung Hills represented Somerset County well with a pair of individual titles while Union Catholic swept the Varsity B team titles to highlight the action at the Stewart Invitational on Saturday at Greystone-Central Park in Morris Plains.

One of the biggest Invitationals in New Jersey was also one of the hottest this year. But that didn't slow down Pitman's Sebastien Reed or Charlotte Bednar from The Lawrenceville School, as both posted fast times near the end of the day when temperatures were well over 80 degrees at the Wild Safari in Jackson.

Governor Livingston All-State track star Victoria Vanriele notched the seventh invitational title of her career, Bergen Tech's Shannon Clancy remains unbeaten, while Morristown's Tobias Gaynor, High Point's Ethan Billings, Montclair Kimberley's Charlie Koenig and Sophia Lore of Mountain Lakes all enjoyed their first individual victories.

9/28 Bowdoin XC Classic

The Christian Brothers Academy boys, Westfield boys, and Ridgewood girls all secured Varsity team wins. Shaw Powell and Camryn Wennersten led their teams to victory.
