PTFCA Indoor States: Girls Recap

There was no shortage of great competition between Pennsylvania's top girls individuals and relays at Sunday's PTFCA Indoor State Championship in State College.

The Friends' Central girls cleaned up in the team competition, capturing the state championship with 55 points, 24 points clear of second place. The Phoenix scored 26 points on relays alone, taking the DMR win and silver medals in the 4x800 and 4x400. Their depth was on display on both the track and field.

Warwick took second as a team with 31 points, while Cheltenham was third with 29 points and Neumann Goretti was fourth with 25 points.
