Because of the coronavirus outbreak, the outdoor track and field season isn't happening in Pennsylvania this spring. We're missing out on a ton of great action at some of the state's most exciting annual invites.
Week 5 -- as always -- would have been a big one on the Pennsylvania outdoor track and field calendar. This year was set to be no exception with the Butler Invitational originally scheduled for Friday (4/17) and the Shippensburg Jack Roddick Invitational set for Saturday (4/18).
We collected some select photos from some of our PennTrackXC photographers at both of those meets last year. Last year at Butler, Phil Grove and William McBride were on-site, while Don Rich and Bill Shearn were at Shippensburg.
