With one year under our belts building the PennTrackXC.com database of athletes and teams, we thought we'd ask it to rank the top returning individuals and teams. If a top returning athlete is missing, it's either because we don't have their year of graduation or they did not run a ranked time in 2003. Please let us know of relevant info so these can be as complete as possible.
