With just a month until the Indoor State Championship, we are kicking off the 2025 Athletes of the Week after a great week of performances from our star-studded Pennsylvania athletes.

Nathan Hoffman (Cheltenham): Going to The 10th Annual Ocean Breeze Invitational competing in the Pentathlon, scoring 3361 points and earning third place. Throughout the event, he was able to hit marks of 2:46.41 in the 1000-meter, 9.55 in the 60-meter hurdles, 19-9 feet in the Long Jump, 37-10.75 feet in the Shot Put, and his most impressive mark of 6-4.75 feet in the High Jump.
Nick Keller (Ephrata): Heading to New York at The 10th Annual Ocean Breeze Invitational, winning the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.66 seconds.
Adam Kingston (Manheim Township): With his second race of the season at Penn Relays Winter Showcase presented by Toyota, he earned the victory in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:28.67, good for the best this season in PA by over 6 seconds.
Tyler Burgess (Palmyra): Racing at the Penn Relays Winter Showcase presented by Toyota in the 60-meter hurdles, winning that event. He ran a PR in the hurdles with a time of 7.86 seconds, making him the third fastest this season in PA.
Ryan Woerner (Malvern Prep): Competing at TFCAofGP Meet #9 in the Triple Jump. Woerner was able to win the event in a distance of 45-1.5 feet, keeping him still in third this season for PA.
