VOTE: First 2025 Outdoor TF PA Boys Athlete of the Week

Per your vote, last week's Athlete of the Week was Carter Smith (Mifflin County) with a blazing time of 1:48.66 in the 800-meter at New Balance Nationals Indoor, earning third place and crossing the finish line with the second-fastest time in PA history.

The Week's Boys Candidates:

Ivan Laubach (East Stroudsburg South): With a personal best and a win at NEPA Throws Invitational in the Javelin with a moon shot of 200-1 feet throw, which is good for the second-best mark nationally this year.

Jacob Burgess (Palmyra): Starting the year with a dual meet, Palmyra HS vs Lower Dauphin HS, winning the Long Jump in 22-11.75 feet, and 200-meter in 23.08. He also set a new personal best in the 100-meter in 11.03, earning second place. 

Braden Miller (Kiski Area): The sophomore is starting his second outdoor season with wins in 110-meter hurdles in 16.36 and 300-meter hurdles in 39.70 against Plum v. Kiski HS

Adam Kingston (Manheim Township): Won his first dual meet against Manheim Township HS vs Exeter in a time of 4:13.82 in the 1600-meter. 

Anthony Cappellini (Parkland): With a great start setting personal best in both the 200-meter and 400-meter this season at the 2025 Pleasant Valley @ Parkland dual meet he ran 23.53 in the 200-meter and 50.37 in the 400-meter.
