Kris Stalma led the Slippery Rock University men's track and field team at the Kent State Tune Up Saturday at Kent State University.
Stalma continued his string of excellent performances in the hurdles, placing seventh in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.43 seconds.
He was joined in 12th-place by
Dan Hedglin, who crossed the line in 8.74 seconds.
Also earning a top-ten finish at the Tune Up was
Shawn Vanderbrook, who placed 10th in the triple jump with a leap of 12.64 meters.
Saturday's meet was the final tune up before the PSAC Championships, which will take place next Saturday and Sunday at Edinboro's new indoor track and field facility.
