VOTE: PA Girls Athlete of the Week (4/28-5/4)

In a close voting race, Nieve Keitel (Germantown Academy) takes the crown for PA Girls Athlete of the Week. Keitel is recognized for two PA Top 5 efforts in the same week. She ran 2:12.59 in the 800-meter at the Bob Friday Warrior Invitational, followed by a 10:45.82 in the 3200-meter at the Dock Distance Night meet.

Ava Flicker (Perkiomen Valley): Flicker won the javelin at the 19th Annual Bryn Mawr Running Co. Henderson Invitational in a dominant effort. She threw 164-5, taking over as PA No. 1 and US No. 2. 

Damira Allen (Chester): Allen takes over the state lead and cracks the US Top 50 in the 100-meter hurdles with a blazing 13.96 to win the Delco Champs

Destini Smith (Souderton Area): Smith takes over as US and PA No. 1 in the triple jump after a monster effort of 43-2.75 at the Henderson Invitational. 

Olivia Cieslak (Haverford Township): Cieslak clocked a 2:04.05 personal best in the 800-meter to finish third at Track Night NYC. Her time ranks her PA No. 1 and US No. 3. 

Ella Bahn (Spring Grove): Bahn swept both hurdle distances at the 36th Annual Stan Morgan Invitational. She won the 100-meter hurdles, clocking a 13.97 personal best and PA No. 2 mark in the prelims. She took over the state lead in the 300-meter hurdles, running a season-best 42.64.
