SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Rains in the area throughout the week and a forecast of rain Thursday has forced schedule changes for the Slippery Rock University softball team over the next four days.

Thursday's home opener between SRU and Wheeling Jesuit has been cancelled. No make-up date has been set.

Friday's home doubleheader between SRU and Gannon has been postponed to Sunday and will now be played at 2 p.m. at the SRU Softball Complex.

Saturday's home doubleheader with Indiana (Pa.) will be played as scheduled.

Sunday's road trip to Charleston has been cancelled to make room for the conference matchup with Gannon.
