Brittany Howell of Cheltenham was a double winner with victories in the 100 meter hurdles (16.06 final/15.45 prelim) and the long jump (17-03.25). Pennridge became the new state leader in the 4x800 meter relay with their winning performance of 9:27.37.

Matt Bundy of Penncrest continued his hot outdoor season with a solid victory in the 110 meter high hurdles (15.11). Ronnie Gillespie of Upper Perkiomen won both short sprints for the second consecutive week, winning the 100 meters in 10.97 (PA#1) and the 200 meters in 22.55 (PA#8). Abington ran 3:18.37 to win the 4x400 meter relay and grab PA#2 honors, and Unionville won the distance medley with a time of 10:34.98, good for PA#3 honors. For the girls, Leah Nugent of Abington won both hurdle events for the 3rd consecutive week, winning the 100 meter hurdles in 14.63 and the 300 meter hurdles in 44.44. Emma Keenan of Gwynedd Mercy won the 400 meters dash in 58.55. Abington became the new state leader in the 4x400 meter relay, winning the event in 4:01.50.

Amber Stephan of Gettysburg won the 300 meter hurdles in 46.55 and the 100 meter hurdles in 15.85, setting a new meet record in both events. Other meet records include Jenna Hessert of Northern in the 400 meter dash (1:00.14), Rachael Kotula of Bermudian in the shot put (40-05.50) the discus (121-07) and the javelin (124-03). Her performances in the shot put and discus are both new state leaders. For the boys, Caine Moorehead of Delone set a new meet record in the pole vault with a mark of 13 feet even.

Chester became the first team this outdoor season to break four minutes in the 4x400 meter relay with their winning time of 3:57.4. Chester also won the 800 meter sprint medley in 1:49.3 Strath Haven took over the state lead in the distance medley with their winning time of 12:35.7. Strath Haven also won the shuttle hurdle relay in 1:04.4. Upper Darby took the top state spot in the 4x100 meter relay with their winning time of 48.5. Archbishop Prendergast won two throwing relays, winning the shot put relay (68-00.25) and the discus relay (198-01), while Penncrest won both the long jump relay (32-08.50) and the javelin relay (225-05)

Jarred Gambrell of Athens won the triple jump with a big mark of 49-01, which is US#8 on the young season. He also won the long jump with a mark of 22-02. Chis McCarty of Waverly won the pole vault with a mark of 14 feet even.  Brandon Schuster of Towanda was a double sprint winner, winning the 100 meters in 11.24 and the 200 meters in 23.03. For the girls, Autumn Johnson of Waverly was a double winner in the hurdles, winning the 100 meter hurdles in 16.05 and the 300 meter hurdles in 49.23. Caitie Good of Elk Lake was a double sprint winner, taking the 100 meters in 12.70 and the 200 meters 26.40 (26.02 prelims)

Katie Kinkead of Central Bucks East returned to the oval coming off of her All American 5000 meter performance at NSIC and picked up right where she left off. She won the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:07.62. Sara Sargent of Pennsbury won the 3200 meter run by a wide margin, taking the event in 10:46.09, an event in which she is already the state leader. Pennsbury won the 4x400 meter relay in 4:04.17, and Mary Newell of Villa Joseph Marie won both the shot put (37-07.25) and the discus (104-07)

New Brighton's Josh McFrazier was a triple winner, taking the 100, the 100 hurdles (14.8) and the 300 hurdles (42.1). He also ran the anchor on the winning 4z100, coming back from 5-10 meters to catch perennial power Aliquippa. The girls' triple champ was Erica Williams of Rochester (12.8 100, 26.6 200, and 17-9 long jump). Double victors included Omar Hyjeck of Quaker Valley (800 1:58.7 MR, 1600 4:23.5); and teammate Tabithat Bemis (100 hurdles 16.0, 35-06.50 triple jump).
