SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. -- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division softball doubleheader between Slippery Rock University and hosting California scheduled for Friday has been postponed.

The Rock (22-19 overall, 5-9 PSAC-West) and Vulcans (26-9, 11-1 PSAC-West) are now scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. Sunday at Lilly Field in California.

The games at California will close out The Rock's 2010 schedule. California will compete in next week's conference playoffs as the PSAC-West champions.

The Rock is the only PSAC-West team to beat the Vulcans this spring. SRU won a 3-1 decision in the first game of a March 30 doubleheader in Slippery Rock before California scored a 4-0 win in the second game.
