CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Junior Josh Hostetler earned his second straight All-American certificate in the javelin throw on Saturday morning at the 2010 Division II Outdoor National Championships with an eighth-place throw of 197 feet 6 inches from the Irwin Belk Complex at Johnson C. Smith University.

Hostetler's best throw came on his fourth attempt, his first of the final session. He is the seventh individual in Red Raider history to become a multiple All-American in the javelin and the first since former national champion Nate Reider in 2006 and 2007. Overall, Shippensburg has had at least one All-American in the javelin at the outdoor national championships in eight of the past 10 seasons.
