BEREA, Ohio -- Allegheny runner
Chris Marker won his second consecutive All-America outdoor track and field honor in the men's 5,000-meter run during the NCAA Championships at Baldwin-Wallace.
Marker placed sixth -- one place better than his seventh-place performance in 2009 -- with a time of 14:43.48. Along with earning All-America status twice on the track, Marker also was an All-American during the 2009 cross country season.
Connor Kamm of Williams won the 5K national championship, clocking in at 14:28.06. Dickinson's Nick Karwoski placed second (14:29.45) while North Central's Kyle Brady took third (14:29.99).
