2010 College Invitational Info

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. -- Slippery Rock University head cross country coach John Papa has announced details about this fall's SRU College Invitational, including entry information for teams and individuals.

This year's home collegiate meet is open to all collegiate teams, as well as open runners. The meet is set for Saturday, Oct. 2 at Cooper's Lake Campground.

The women's race will be 6,000-meters and will begin at 11 a.m.

The men's race will be 8,000-meters and will begin at 11:45 a.m.

The cross country course at Cooper's Lake is a spectator friendly course that is recognized as one of the top courses in the north east, playing host to multiple NCAA Regional Championships and the 2008 NCAA Division II National Championships.
