2000 Strath Haven graduate Andrew Coombs was 4th in mile- 4.18, on flat track, and 7th in DMR for Bowdin College to make indoor Division III All American as a junior. It is his third all-American certificate, having earned the honor last year in indoors and outdoor in 1500m. Coombs holds the mile and 2 mile outdoor records for Strath Haven, as well as a host of relay records. (Thanks to his HS coach Bob Jesson for the info).
