Armstrong Cable announces Rock-Lock Haven football rebroadcast schedule

The Rock's 56-14 win last Saturday will be replayed at least once every day throughout the next week

BUTLER, Pa. – Armstrong Cable officials Monday released the schedule for the replays of last Saturday's Slippery Rock University football game vs. Lock Haven University.

The Rock's 56-14 win over the Bald Eagles will be broadcast at least once every day the rest of this week, according to Carmen Bianco, Local Origination Coordinator for Armstrong.

The broadcasts will be aired on Channel 19 in the Slippery Rock-Grove City market and Channel 10 in the Butler market.

The first replay broadcast will be at 1 a.m. Tuesday, followed by a second broadcast at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The full schedule of broadcasts is as follows:

Tuesday, Oct. 26: 1 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 27: 3 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 28: 1 a.m., 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 29: 3 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 30: 1 a.m., 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 31: 3 p.m.

The broadcast team for the game was Slippery Rock alumnus Ed Codi and longtime high school coach George Abraham.

Last Saturday's win improved The Rock's overall record to 6-2 and its Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division record to 3-2, good for a share of third place in the eight-team division.

The Rock travels to division co-leader Mercyhurst College in Erie for a noon game Saturday. Mercyhurst, which is ranked 24th in this week's American Football Coaches Association Division II national poll, is coming off a 31-21 win over then-No. 3 California (Pa.) last Saturday.
