5/14-The Millers are rolling with hot times at the Lebanon-Lancaster League @ Hempfield

You\'ve probably been wondering if a winter of swimming would take the edge off the Miller twins as they entered their junior year of track. You watched as they saw limited action during the season, and were treated to some good races, with good times. Now it counts. As a preview to Districts, States and beyond, the two put on an impressive display at their league champs Friday and Saturday at Hempfield. One of them did lose. Brad ran a 1:55.7 in the open 800. Cedar Crest\'s Andy Miller went 1:54.5 (and 50.3 to win the 400). OK, fair enough...both great times. In the 1600, it was Craig\'s turn, and he put a 4:14.3 on the board. He ran 4:22 at this meet a year ago, but just enough to win. He had someone four seconds back this year. But wait, there\'s more. Craig also ran the 3200, putting up a 9:16.9, solo. And for good measure, the two helped their 4x800 win by over six seconds over Conestoga Valley (those of Penn Relays COA note), going 7:56.5. And Manheim Township\'s 4x400 ran 3:25.4. In girl\'s action, Becky Eisenhauer of Cedar Crest geared up for the post-season with a 39-11 Shot Put, and took 2nd with a Discus throw of 115-00. Priscilla Jennings of Solanco went 5:05.9 to take the 1600 and 2:18.5 to win the 800.
