PA Girls Outdoor Breakthrough Performances: Week of April 6


Pennsylvania high school track and field athletes recorded multiple personal bests during competition from April 6-12.

Ajibah Osholake (Bartram, Philadelphia) threw 44-6 in the shot put at Public League #2 on April 9, improving from her previous best of 21-1.5 set in April 2025. The mark ranks #5 in Pennsylvania and #2 among juniors, while setting a school record. Osholake won the event among three competitors and also set a personal record in the discus with 57-7, improving from 54-11.

Hannah Owulede (Altoona Area) ran 15.42 in the 100-meter hurdles at Harrisburg 2 on April 9, dropping nearly two seconds from her previous best of 17.30 from April 2024. The senior ranks #81 in the state and won her heat of six competitors. Owulede also recorded personal bests in the long jump (17-4.5, from 15-7), triple jump (36-4, from 36-1.25) and 300-meter hurdles (48.80, from 50.49) at the same meet.

Gabby Bolze (West Perry, Elliottsburg) cleared 11-0 in the pole vault at the Arctic Blast Invitational on April 11, improving 2-6 from her previous best of 8-6 set in March 2026. The sophomore ranks #51 in Pennsylvania and #5 among her class while setting a school record. Bolze placed second among eight vaulters and also set personal bests in the long jump (15-10.25, from 15-9.5) and triple jump (34-1, from 30-7).

Jill Cooper (Unionville, Kennett Square) ran 5:12.50 in the 1600 meters at American Div Supermeet pt 1 on April 7, cutting more than 21 seconds from her previous best of 5:33.94 from February 2026. The freshman ranks #115 in the state and #9 among her class, placing fourth in a field of 34 runners.

Piper Loney (Germantown Academy, Ft. Washington) ran 11.89 in the 100 meters at Inter-Ac #1 at Penn Charter on April 8, improving from her previous best of 12.41. The junior leads all Pennsylvania juniors in the event and ranks #11 overall, winning among 50 competitors.

Aliyah Larkins (North Penn, Lansdale) jumped 18-6.25 in the long jump at Pennridge vs North Penn on April 7, adding 1-5.25 to her previous best of 17-1. The senior ranks #27 in Pennsylvania and #7 among seniors, winning among 17 competitors. Larkins also set a personal record in the triple jump with 38-2, improving from 37-7.5.

Evelyn Winder (Hershey) ran 11:17.49 in the 3200 meters at the Hershey Meet of Champions/Diadora Distance Festival on April 10, cutting nearly 59 seconds from her previous best of 12:16.18 from March 2025. The senior ranks #94 in the state and #29 among her class, placing third among 10 runners.

Natalie de Rezende (Great Valley, Malvern) ran 25.31 in the 200 meters at American Div Supermeet pt 2 on April 9, improving from her previous best of 25.87 from February 2026. The junior ranks #74 in Pennsylvania and #20 among her class, placing second among 29 competitors.

Alyssa Hepburn (Upper Merion, King of Prussia) ran 58.82 in the 400 meters at Upper Perk #1 on April 8, improving from her previous best of 59.66. The 2025 graduate ranks #122 in the state and won among seven competitors.

Jamie Kociela (Franklin Regional, Murrysville) cleared 5-7 in the high jump at Penn Hills v. Franklin Regional v. Mckeesport HS on April 9, adding one inch to her previous best of 5-6 from March 2026. The junior leads all Pennsylvania juniors in the event and ranks #8 overall while setting a school record. Kociela won among seven competitors and also set a personal record in the 200 meters with 28.26, improving from 28.43.
