This Week's Nominees:
Maddie Fuhrmeister, Central Bucks West 01 (Pennsylvania): Posted a new PR of 13-6 in the pole vault at CB South at CB West, improving from 13-4.5 set last March at New Balance Nationals Indoor. Also won the high jump at 5-1 at the Central Bucks West Relays.
Gwen Hamilton, Penn Charter (Pennsylvania): Won the 800 meters in 2:08.38 at the Penn Wood Rap Curry Invitational, topping a field of 74 runners. Followed that up with a runner-up finish in the 400 at 58.16 at Inter-Ac #2 at Springside Chestnut Hill.
Kaddel Howard, Cedar Crest 03 (Pennsylvania): Clocked 53.79 to win the 400 meters at Manheim Township HS vs Cedar Crest, posting the top mark in the state this week.
Ava Flicker, Perkiomen Valley 01 (Pennsylvania): Threw a new PR of 172-2 in the javelin at the Penn Wood Rap Curry Invitational, breaking her previous best of 164-5 set last May at the Henderson Invitational. The mark leads Pennsylvania this week.
Isabella Furgison, Selinsgrove 04 (Pennsylvania): Put up 45-6 to win the shot put at the Shippensburg 99th Roddick HS Invitational, posting the top mark in the state this week. Also won the discus at 133-10 at Shikellamy vs Selinsgrove.
