This Week's Nominees:
Sophia Rivera, Ephrata 03 (Pennsylvania): Threw 47-0 to win shot put at Hempfield HS vs. Ephrata HS and added a 143-9.75 discus at The 130th Penn Relays celebrating with America250. The senior posted the week's top marks in Pennsylvania in both throwing events.
Baylee Sleek, Conemaugh Township 05 (Pennsylvania): Cleared 5-8 to win high jump at Conemaugh Township v. River Valley v. Blacklick Valley HS, the best mark in the state this week. Also took first in the 100m hurdles with a 16.89 clocking.
Evette Wesseh, Bensalem 01 (Pennsylvania): Won four events across two meets, highlighted by a long jump victory of 19-1.75 at Bensalem at Council Rock South that ranks her as the #2 junior in Pennsylvania. Clocked 26.29 in the 200 at The Springfield Invitational 2026 to move to #47 in the state. Also captured wins in the 100 (12.63) and triple jump (35-3).
Ella Bahn, Spring Grove 03 (Pennsylvania): Swept both hurdle events at Ray Geesey Track and Field Invitational with the week's fastest times in Pennsylvania - 14.02 in the 100m hurdles and 42.59 in the 300m hurdles. Added a 200m victory in 25.40 that moved her to #8 in the state rankings.
Madelyn McCartney, Emmaus 11 (Pennsylvania): Posted the week's top distance marks in Pennsylvania with a 3200m win in 10:28.96 at Emmaus vs William Allen and a 1600m victory of 4:56.51 at Ray Geesey Track and Field Invitational.
