This Week's Nominees:
Alexander Mazzeo, Lower Merion 01 (Pennsylvania): Won the 3200m at the 22nd Annual Hoka Henderson Invitational presented by BMRC in 8:52.51, defeating a field of 106 runners.
Joseph Murphy, Hershey 03 (Pennsylvania): Clocked 1:50.36 to capture the 800m title at the 22nd Annual Hoka Henderson Invitational presented by BMRC, beating 76 other competitors.
Colin Sturges, Perkiomen Valley 01 (Pennsylvania): Threw a season-opening 61-0 to win the shot put at Perkiomen Valley vs Methacton. Also took first in the discus with a mark of 157-10.
Grayson Pitman, Avon Grove 01 (Pennsylvania): Posted a discus throw of 185-9 for second place at the 22nd Annual Hoka Henderson Invitational presented by BMRC. Also competed in the shot put, throwing 54-7 for sixth place.
Jonathan Wert, Garnet Valley 01 (Pennsylvania): Swept the sprints at Delco Champs with a state-leading 21.08 in the 200m and a winning 10.44 in the 100m. His 200m time leads Pennsylvania this season.
