SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University Head Women's Basketball Coach Tanya Longo announced Wednesday she and her staff will hold tryouts Saturday, April 9, for student athletes interested in securing a scholarship for the 2011-12 season.

The tryouts are open to graduating 2011 high school seniors and junior college players only. Participants must pay a $25 registration fee and complete a Tryout Registration Form.

Registration will start at 9 a.m. with the tryouts running from 10 a.m. through noon in Morrow Field House on the SRU campus.
