ANNVILLE, Pa. - On Wednesday, the Middle Atlantic Conference announced that 22 student-athletes from Albright College were named to it's annual Winter Academic Honor Roll for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 (4.00 scale) or higher.  The conference also announced the six individuals who were selected to the Winter Sportsmanship Teams.

The Winter Academic Honor Roll, which notes academic excellence by student-athletes, contains 354 honorees as announced by The Middle Atlantic Conference. The Honor Roll comprises those student-athletes of sophomore class standing or higher who participated in a varsity-level sport.  Albright was ranked seventh out of the 16 school conference with it's 22 honorees.   

The sportsmanship teams include a player from each conference school who has demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship through their actions on and off the field during the season. The players are selected by the players and coaches from their respective schools. 

The sports that make-up both the Winter Academic Honor Roll and Sportsmanship Teams are men's basketball, women's basketball, men's indoor track and field, women's indoor track and field, men's swimming, and women's swimming.
