SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University Head Football Coach George Mihalik released Monday the final list of recruits for the 2011 season.

A total of 25 recruits have indicated their intent to join The Rock football program this fall.

"We are excited to have this of group young men and outstanding football student athletes join our program," Mihalik said. "We think several of these young men will make immediate contributions to our success and that the entire group will have an outstanding collegiate career at The Rock."

The 2011 Rock season opens Sept. 3 with a road game at Seton Hill University in Greensburg. The Green and White open their home schedule one week later against Cheyney University (6 p.m. kickoff).

Mihalik enters his 24th season as The Rock's head coach with a 153-95-4 career record that stands as the highest win total in SRU history.
