EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – The throwers achieved some solid performances on Saturday representing the Shippensburg men's outdoor track and field squad as a group of Raiders competed from Eiler-Martin Stadium at the sixth annual ESU All-American Invitational.
Senior
Tappah Dinnall unleashed a solid hammer throw of 172 feet 7 inches (52.60 meters) that exceeds his previous season PR by 10 feet and ranks him third in the conference. Junior
Travis Nye and senior
Adam Deiseroth met the PSAC standards in the hammer and the shot put – Nye finished fourth in the shot.
On the track, senior
Dustin Adams finished third in the 3K with a time of 9:01.46.
Shippensburg will send a faction to the Penn Relays on Thursday and Friday before hosting the Paul Kaiser Classic on Saturday from Seth Grove Stadium.
