Beth Muller was named Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week while junior
Lauren Butler copped accolades as Field Athlete of the Week.
Muller was the top NCAC finisher in both the 100 and 200-meter dashes at the highly-attended Sparky Adams Invite. Her effort in the 100m during prelims (12.50) was the fastest time in the conference this season while she closed 10th overall in the event. She also posted a time of 27.04 in the 200m.
Butler won the javelin with an NCAA Division III provisional qualifying mark of 138'1”. Her throw established the best mark in the NCAC this season and is the ninth-best distance in the nation.
