Katherine Ward won her home invitational, her 4th meet win of the season, going 19:35 on a redesigned course that is 3.2 miles. Shikellamy's Lindsey Scheller would take 2nd in 19:47. Altoona won the Girls' team title with 57 points, with State College 3rd with 89, seven behind Punxsutawney. In the boys' race, State College held off Chambersburg 42 to 49. Chambersburg placed three i the top six, including Tommy Taylor in 1st at 17:19. State College's Matt Kisenwether was 2nd, ten seconds back.
