In the second year as a part of the PIAA, Central continued to dominate the AAA races in both boys and girls competition at the 10/20 at the 10/20 PIAA District 12 Championships. The boys scored 32 points behind the 17:07 by Jeff Kinkaid at Belmont Plateau, while the girls tallied just 23 points, as Rayina Kratchman went 19:52 for the win. And in AA, the top team continues to be Engineering & Science. Jamar Jones led his team to a win with his 17:55, and Lavaughn Jones bettered the Public League course record of 19:37, going 19:24. Shativah Lewis of Bartram, also broke the old course record, taking 2nd to Jones in 19:31.
