Reading, Pa. (June 7, 2011) - The Middle Atlantic Conference announced its annual sportsmanship teams for spring 2011 conference sports. These teams include a player from each conference school who has demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship through their actions on and off the field during the season. The players are selected by the players and coaches from their respective schools.
Earning recognition onto the All-Sportsmanship team are from baseball
Jeff Smith (Sinking Spring, Pa./Holy Name), from softball
Michelle Hermanns (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill West), from men's lacrosse
Kevin Shupp (Cranford, NJ/Cranford), from women's lacrosse
Jen Czarnecki (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert's), from men's outdoor track and field
Dillon Emery (Locustdale, Pa./North Schuylkill), from women's outdoor track and field
Jessica Weiss (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), from men's tennis
Nathan Bauer (Washington, NJ/Warren Hills), from women's tennis
Kayla Morgan (Mohrsville, Pa./Hamburg), from men's golf Scott Downs (Sinking Spring, Pa./Highy Point Baptist Academy) and from women's golf
Ashley Drake (Philadelphia, Pa./Nazareth).
