AOC Ambler Track Club - Boys 17-18 4x800
3rd place - 8:10.23
AOC Ambler produced one of Pennsylvania's best team performances of the day, taking third nationally in the 17-18 boys 4x800 in 8:10.23. A podium finish at the Junior Olympics makes this one of the most article-worthy PA results from Friday.
5th place - 8:59.27
Morris Estate also cracked the national top five, placing fifth in the 14-year-old boys 4x800 with an 8:59.27. The result gives Pennsylvania another strong relay finish on the final weekend of competition.

8th place - 9:07.71
AOC Ambler's depth showed up again in the younger boys' divisions. The club's 14-year-old boys 4x800 squad finished eighth nationally in 9:07.71, giving AOC multiple relay teams inside the national top eight on Friday.
Morris Estate - Boys 14 4x800
5th nationally - 8:59.27
For an article, I'd actually treat the Morris Estate relay as a team highlight rather than counting another individual from the squad. The sub-9-minute performance and top-five national finish make it considerably more significant than most individual marks outside the finals.

The broader Pennsylvania relay picture is worth mentioning. AOC Ambler's 17-18 boys team finished third, while Morris Estate's 14-year-old boys were fifth and AOC's 14-year-old girls were fifth. That kind of relay depth is a legitimate storyline from the day.

Jada Lubin - Lancaster City Track Club
2nd place, 17-18 Javelin - 42.32m
This is the clear girls performance of the day for Pennsylvania. Lubin threw 42.32 meters (138-10) to finish second nationally in the 17-18 women's javelin. She was only 1.10 meters behind champion Amber Bowling's 43.42m.
Lubin's runner-up finish is especially noteworthy because she was competing against one of the deepest fields of the meet.
8th place, 17-18 Javelin - 35.98m
Mclean-Dixon also earned a national top-eight finish, throwing 35.98m (118-0) for eighth in the 17-18 women's javelin. That gives Pennsylvania two athletes inside the top eight of the event.

5th place - 9:55.53
AOC Ambler's 14-year-old girls continued the club's strong relay showing, finishing fifth nationally in 9:55.53. A top-five national finish makes this one of the better Pennsylvania team performances of Friday.

7th place - 12:09.70
The younger AOC Ambler squad also made the national top eight, finishing seventh in the 12-year-old girls 4x800 in 12:09.70.

7th place in prelims - 48.04
AOC Ambler advanced from the 15-16 girls 4x100 preliminaries with a 48.04, placing seventh in the qualifying round. While it wasn't a championship result, advancing to the national final is still worth mentioning in a Pennsylvania-focused recap.
