This Week's Nominees:
Madison Egan, Harry S Truman (Pennsylvania): A 21:00.60 clocking over the 5K at the Neshaminy Open, sponsored by CRACKEDBELL, was enough to take first among 52 finishers and hold off the field by 4.7 seconds. The time ranks No. 23 of 545 athletes in MileSplit's database at Neshaminy HS since 2019.
Monica Almanza Bravo, Harry S Truman (Pennsylvania): Crossing the line in 21:05.30 over 5K for second among 52 finishers at the Neshaminy Open, sponsored by CRACKEDBELL, marked an improvement of 115.6 seconds over the prior mark on this course. That effort now sits at No. 24 of 544 athletes in MileSplit's database at Neshaminy HS since 2019.
Kate DiMedio, Great Valley 01 (Pennsylvania): The 5K went out fast at the Downingtown East HS Season Opener, and a time of 20:47.00 was enough to separate from the rest of the 54-runner field by 8.5 seconds for the win.
Dalahn Carter, Harry S Truman (Pennsylvania): Third place among 52 finishers at the Neshaminy Open, sponsored by CRACKEDBELL, came via a 5K time of 21:19.10, a mark 179.3 seconds faster than the prior time on this course. The result places No. 27 of 544 athletes in MileSplit's database at Neshaminy HS since 2019.
Ashley Dougherty, Downingtown East (Pennsylvania): Covering the 5K in 20:55.50 at the Downingtown East HS Season Opener secured second place in a field of 54 finishers.
