Results

Albright College's George Cook was the only non-Falcon to crack the top eight as the Lions competed at Messiah's Cross Country Invitational on Saturday.

The hosts dominated, sweeping the team competition with 15 points. Cook (28:42.10) was right there in sixth place however, the highest placing guest at the meet.

Freshman Brian Bacon had a good race, taking 55th place with an 8K time of 31:52.70. Also placing for Albright were Sam Marcotte (32:18.80), Dave Dupree (35:47.30) and Connor Unger (36:12.30).

The Lions will compete at DeSales in two weeks, getting a practice run in at the site of this year's NCAA Regionals.
