Grantham, Pa. (Oct. 29, 2011) - Freshman Olivia Dunzelman (Monmouth Beach, N.J./Shore) paced Alvernia University at the Middle Atlantic Conference Women's Cross Country Championships Saturday morning at Messiah College finishing the 5k course in 31:56.

Elizabethtown College took home its fourth straight title placing five runners in the top seven spots including individual champion, sopohomore Traci Tempone.

Dunzelman was the leader of a pack of Crusaders who all finished within 22 spots of each other.  Josie Heil (Conshohocken, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) finished five spots behind Dunzelman in a time of 32:30, Stephanie Viola (Branchburg, N.J.) four spots later in 32:52, Kate Roesch (Glenville, Pa./Oldfields) in 111th in a time of 33:01 and the last of the counting score for the Crusaders, Stephanie Murphy (Limerick, Pa.) 113th in 34:45.
