Center Valley, Pa. (Nov. 12, 2011) - The Crusader Men's and Women's Cross Country team competed at the Division III Mid-East Regional this afternoon hosted by DeSales University.  The men competed on the 8km course and placed 46th out of 47 teams, while the women ran the 6km course but didn't have enough runners to post a team score.

Junior Eric Schweitzer (Adamstown, Pa./Cocalico) paced the Alvernia men's squad with a time of 30:04, which was good for 224th place.  The women's team was led by Olivia Dunzleman (Monmouth Beach, NJ/Shore) who finished the 6km race in 27:49 for a 232rd place finish.
