Cardinal O'Hara wins the DMR in 12:48.15.




Wissahickon catches Simon Gratz to win the DMR by .04 in 10:45.51


Methacton's Ryann Krais wins the 300 Hurdles in 43.94.


Peter Selby, Norristown, went 40.56 to win the 300H.


Bintou Dibba, Upper Darby, jumped 17-03.00
to win the Long Jump by .50 over Bradford's Erin Hannon..


Folarin Ijelu, Wissahickon, long-jumped 20-05.50 to win the LJ.


Bradford's Rob Bleem threw the Jav 172-03 for the win.


Wissahickon ran 9:50.22 in the 4x800.


Upper Dublin won the boys' 4x800 in 8:03.07.


Krais' 2nd win of the day was the 100, going 12.68.


Penn Wood's Mike Odofin won in 11.31. (11.19 Trials).


Hatboro-Horsham's Kerry Swayne posted a strong 5:07.77 in the 1600.


Mike Font, the Hill School, went 4:29.98 for his win.


Simon Gratz went 43.46,
as Penn Charter was 2nd in 43.79 in the 4x100.


Haverford's Jessica Chen ran 17.02 to win the 100 Hurdles.


In the 110 variety, it was Kamal Marell of Penn Charter in 14.84.


Krais' 3rd individual win was in the 400 with a quick 57.31.


Khaliff Featherstone won the 400 in 50.87.


His teammate, Kevin Talley, was 2nd in 51.10.


Taylor Bumpas, Gwynedd Mercy, controlled the 800 to win in 2:24.61.


Upper Dublin's Matt Gordon worked for his 2:00.97 and a win.


Mary Kate Phelan, Council Rock North, went 26.35 to win the 200.


Simon Gratz's Shaniya Richardson was 2nd in 26.68.


Kenneth Talley, Gratz, had the fastest 200 of the day in the Trials at 22.93.
He tweaked a muscle in the 4x100, and shut down for the day.


Matt Worthington, Council Rock North, won the 200 finals in 23.27.


Two PRs in the 3200, as Bradford soph Sarah Lonzi set the pace
for eventual champ Katherine Ward, State College.
The two went 11:08.56 and 11:10.89.


The boys' 3200 was just as good, as Hatboro-Horsham's Josh Hibbs
tried to pull away from O'Hara senior Greg Thomas.
But Thomas held on and fought for a 9:35.85 win.
Hibbs was less than 2 seconds back.


Gwynedd Mercy went 4:10.67 to win the 4x400.


Simon Gratz won their 4-lapper in 3:29.95.
