PIAA District 2 AA Championships
Wednesday, May 15, 2002 - District 2 AA @ North Pocono High School - Gina Volpicelli of Hanover, captured three District championships, winning the 200 in 26.84, the 400 in 1:00.97, and the 300 Hurdles in 47.60; and was 2nd in the 100 Hurdles in 16.15. Erin Davis of Western Wayne, took the High Jump (5-06) and the Triple Jump (34-10.75). For the boys, Lakeland's Bobby Machiesky won the 200 in 22.63 and the 400 in 50.37.
