PIAA District 10 AA Championships

It appears that AA XC Champ and Footlocker Finalist Andy Weilacher is back in the groove after his serious car accident almost six months ago. In the sprints, Lavonne Rowan of Mercyhurst Prep had a great double, going 10.66 and 22.24. For the girls, Jesi continued her quest to repeat as outdoor 3200 champ with an 11:17.87. Sharon's Morgan Bradley went 12.84 and 26.27. In the mid-distance events, Leah Kerstetter took the 800 in 2:22.02 and the 1600 in 5:13.07; while in the hurdles, it was Melissa Sopher of Slippery Rock notching two wins, 15.06 and 45.18.
