On a day that started chilly and damp, the competition was anything but. Just as the day became humid and very warm, the athletes heated up and provided the conference with one of its best meets ever.

On the girls side, Lewisburg took the team crown and was lead by the always brilliant AshleighWetzel. Ashleigh took the 1600 (4:55.20) the 800 (2:19.22) anchored the 3200 relay (9:41.01) and ran a leg on the runner-up 1600 relay (4:07.81). Warrior Run's Cori Brago took the shot (34'1) and discus (119'9). Jersey Shore's Stephanie Liddictook two events, the Long Jump (16-05.25) and High Jump (5-0).
