How much did Pennsylvania's distance runners improve since last season on the boys' side?
We looked at 2018 and 2019 and determined which boys in the 800, 1600, and the 3200 dropped the most time year-over-year. Since last year, North Penn's Samir Razi (above) improved 6 seconds in the 800, 8 seconds in the 1600 and an incredible 1:17 in the 3200!
Note: These list include only FAT times in the MileSplit database. An athlete must have performances in the database from both the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Only included are athletes that showed improvement in the respective since last season.
