Central Cambria swept the Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference, taking one individual championship and placing three in the top ten of both races. Carly Seymour led her team with a first place. Travis Dean, Westmont Hilltop, won the boys race.

In the Mid-Penn Conference, Chambersburg wins the girls team title behind Sarah Morrison. Big Spring\'s Lara Crofford earned an individual win. In the boys race, Cumberland Valley moved up from 2nd to first this year, just as team leader Curtis Bixler did in taking the individual win. The State College boys and girls won the Mountain Athletic Conference on 10/19. Katherine Ward led wire-to-wire, and Zach Epple came from behind to win the boys race.
