Meet Information

Dear Coach,
We are extending an invitation to your track and field team(s) to compete at the 1st Unionville Field Invitational on Friday, May 3rd, 2013. The meet will be held at Unionville High School and run within the confines of the Henderson Invitational. The meet will allow 3 athletes per field event, every athlete entered will compete and every attempt made will be measured.
The invitational will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. The goal is to be done before 7:30 PM.
The long and triple jump will have flights and finals.
All varsity entries will be done via milesplit.com. Log in and do the entries there. Entries are due by Thursday, May 2nd at 11:00 pm. The entry fee will be $50.00 per team, or $100.00 for both boys and girls teams. The entry fee will pay for medals, facilities fees, entries, and meet workers.
Individual athletes may enter the meet for $10 per athlete/event.
Please let me know via e-mail that you will or will not be attending and send payment by March 30th , 2013. Checks are payable to Unionville Track and Field Booster Club. Please send the checks and entry form to:

Unionville will provide officials for the entire meet.
The meet CAN be sanctioned for out of state teams.
The actual meet schedule will be determined based on the number of teams that decide to compete. I will have details out in late April. e.g. 5 teams we will have one set of throws officials and jumps officials, if 10 teams enter we will have two sets of officials for the throws and jumps, etc..
3:30 PV (girls first), HJ (boys first), and LJ TBD (flights vs open pit depends on the number of teams)
