2013 Invitational Track and Field Meets

49th Annual Boys & 12th Annual Girls Varsity Invitational
Date: Friday April 12, 2013
Entry Deadline: Tuesday April 9, 2013 at Noon.

Registration/Check In: 11:00 AM
Coaches Meeting: Noon
Field events start: 12:30 PM
Running events start: 1:30 PM.

Facilities: Butler Area School District (Art Bernardi Stadium); All-weather 7 lane track, Turf infield, Mondo Jumping Runway

Entries: Three (3) athletes per event, One (1) relay per event

Timing: Fully Automated Timing System (FAT)

Meet Registration: Once the meet is closed-additional entries will not be accepted. There will be no day of the meet additions. Scratches will be done at the coaches meeting.

Meet Management: Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Results posted on PennTrack XC and the Butler Sports Webpage GoldenTornadoSports.net (www.goldentornadosports.net/track/varsity.html)

Individual Awards: Top 7 finishers will receive Custom Olympic style medals, Track MVP, Field MVP, Team Awards: Champion & Runner-Up

Officiating: Each team is asked to provide Coaches to assist in field events. A buffet will be available to volunteers only.

Cost: $120 per Team, and $25 for Individuals.
