Dear Track and Field Coach,
We would like to invite you to the 3rd Annual Downingtown West Spring Track and Field Invitational on Friday April 5th starting at 3:00p.m. This meet will be held at Downingtown West High School. This will be a small invitational but will ensure maximum participation by allowing 4 athletes per running event (2 per in the long, triple and high jump) and 2 relays per school. The entry fee for each team will be $200.00(boys and girls combined) or $100.00 for each team of boys and girls. Please make check payable to: Downingtown West Track and Field C/O James Smith. Please send payments to 445 Manor Avenue Downingtown, PA 19335. Entries for this meet will be through www.penntrackxc.com. There will be FAT at the meet and it is a great opportunity to improve upon Penn Relays performances and obtain early season district qualifiers for the spring season. All PIAA rules will apply for this meet including the uniform rule. This is a closed meet will a limited number of teams in an effort to increase participation. Concessions and t-shirts will be sold throughout the meet. Please feel free to email me at jamessmith@dasd.org if you have any questions.
