Meet Information
Dear Coaches:
Christopher Dock will be hosting a last chance mile on Monday May 9th at 7:30pm (under the lights). It should take about an hour at the most. We will be running just the 1600m for both boys and girls. This will be Fully Automatic Timed. Please enter ANYONE who you would like to get a 1600m time on for League Championships or Districts. We will be running safe heets culminating in a fast heet for both boys and girls. We are asking $5 per athlete payable on the day of the meet. Checks made out to "Christopher Dock" please.
We have opened this up to all BAL teams and/or District 1 AA schools. Please email me at coacheger@gmail.com if you have any questions.
If you arrive before 7pm please warm up outside of the stadium as we are hosting a rental group until 7pm.
Best of luck to all as you enter the post-season. Hopefully this is one more opportunity to get some qualifying times.
