Held at Archbishop Ryan HS.

All events start at 5:30pm. Entry is $5 per athlete for 1 event. $10 per athlete for unlimited number of events. Athletes may compete in unlimited number of events. Teams may enter up to 6 athletes per event. Team registration fee is $40. Coed schools may enter both genders for $60.
Events Contested Include:
Pole Vault*, Shot Put**, High Jump***, 40 Yard Dash Tourney****.
A trophy will go to the best all around athlete for each gender. Athletes must compete in at least 3 events to be eligible. Points will be awarded based on combined event scoring for 18+. 40 yard times will be converted and averaged. Winner will be the athlete with the best average point total.
*Pole Vault opening height will be determined by entries. 5 alive format, spikes allowed!!!
**Shot Put will be girls then boys. Flights based on number of athletes. 4 throws, no finals.
***High Jump opening height will be determined by entries. 5 alive format, flats only.
****40 Yard Dash Tourney will be a 3 round, head to head, winner advances format. Entries will be limited to the top 8 athletes for each gender, based off of 55m/60m 2016-17 performances. Winner
