Entry Fees - $150 for Girls' team, $150 for Boys' team
Partial Team Entry Fees - $20 for individual entry, $30for relay entry

Limit of one entry in All Relays and 3200m. Limit of two entries in all other events. Seed times may be estimated.
At the sole discretion of the Meet Director a team may be allowed more than one entry in the 3200Meter Run.
There will be ONE heat of each gender in the 3200 Meter Run.
Coaches are asked to email John Amery ( jamerusp@aol.com ) by Tuesday January 2nd withtheir intention of running an athlete in the 3200 Meter Run or if they would like to add anadditional athlete.
Meet Management will make decisions based off of the number of Entries.
NO SPIKES MAY BE USED.
NO BLOCKS MAY BE USED.
The time schedule is dependent on the number of entries.
An athlete who is in two events simultaneously should check in to both events.
It is the coach's responsibility to leave the facility/equipment as it is found.
Participants/spectators are not allowed in the Link (SquashCourt) Area of the Field House.
Sanctioned for Delaware, Pennsylvania & Maryland Schools only.

9:00 am SHOTPUT (4 throws) - Girls, then Boys
HIGH JUMP - Girls (s.h.-4'3"), then Boys (s.h.-5'3")
LONG JUMP (3 jumps) - Boys, then Girls
TRIPLE JUMP (3 jumps) follows the LONG JUMP - Boys, then Girls
NOTE: Only Haverford issued tape is allowed on theField House floor.
