This is your invitation to compete in the 69th Annual West Central Coaches' Invitational Meet at Mansion Park Stadium on Friday, May 4, 2018.
PLEASE NOTE THE SCHEDULE CHANGE FROM LAST YEAR: JAVELIN AND DISCUS WILL START AT 1:00 pm
As in past years, the WCC meet will be a paperless meet. All correspondence and entry information will be done electronically.
Seeding of the meet will be done through MileSplit, www.pa.milesplit.us Use the dropdown menu on the home page to find the 2018 WCC (AA or AAA), under the Calendar tab. You must enter either the AAA or AA meet. If you do not have a MileSplit account, you must establish one. The MileSplit site will also be used by the PIAA to enter the upcoming District and State Meets. The window to enter athletes will remain open until NOON, Tuesday, May 1, 2018. There will be NO additions made after the window closes. NO EXCEPTIONS! Scratches will be made at the meet. There are NO replacements.
Also, each team, both male and female, must provide two student workers to help with the field events. You will be given your assignments at the meet. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of your team from the meet.
Each team may enter one athlete per event and relay teams. There are no exhibition relay events. You may enter a second competitor if both have met the qualifying standard.
General information, qualifying standards , and time schedule will be emailed later this spring.

Entry Fee checks of $160.00 per team are due Tuesday, April 24, 2018
Made check payable to: BIG A BOOSTER CLUB / TRACK. Boys - $160.00 Girls - $160.00 Both - $320.00
Individuals may enter for a fee of $25.00 per athlete. This entitles the athlete a maximum of four (4) events. Schools may register up to five (5) individuals. Six (6) or more constitutes a team and will pay the team fee of $160.00. Coaches are responsible for registering individual athletes from their school / team.
