- Entries: 2 entries per school per gender per event,
- EXCEPT Only 1 entries per gender per school will be allowed in the 3000m Run, 200m and 1 Relay per gender per school - * 4x800 allowed B team.
- Please be accurate and realistic in submitting seed times/marks.
- Athletes with no seedtime will be assigned the slower sections for all races.
- This is a spike-less meet. No Spikes allowed.
- Food and Drinks will be available for purchase at the concessions stand.
- No Food or Drinks allowed in the track area.
- If the athlete fails to check-in and/or declare - they will be scratched from the event.
- An athlete who is in two events simultaneously should check in to both events.
- An updated schedule will be provided in final meet information.
- An eligibility sheet will need to be competed and emailed to SportsExtraIncgmail.com by Sunday January 20th.
- All payments must be paid in advance by Sunday January 20th.
- Each team per gender is required to provide one coach as an official.

- You may request additional entries that may or may not be approved by meet management pending the field size and level of competitiveness of your entries. Extra Fee $15 per entry.
