Date: Saturday, April 27th, 2019
Time: 8:45am Coaches Meeting
9:30am Field Events Begin
10:00am Track Events Begin
Location: South Fayette High School Stadium
Registration:
Athletes can be registered for the meet online using PA MileSplit (http://pa.milesplit.com/). Registration will open April 1st, and will close at 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. A maximum of 3 individuals and 1 relay per event will be permitted.
Timing:
A FinishLynx, fully automatic timing (F.A.T.) system will be used to record all times on the track.
Awards:
Individual awards will be given to the top eight (8) places in each event.
Individual plaques will be awarded to the most valuable track and most valuable field performer for both the boys and girls.
Based on the following points earned for each place, team trophies will be awarded to the top three (3) teams for both boys and girls.
1st place = 10pts., 2nd place = 8pts., 3rd place = 6pts., 5pts., 4pts., 3, 2, 1
Cost / Payment:
The cost is $110.00 per team, or $200.00 for both boys and girls teams. Individual athletes may be entered by their schools head coach at a cost of $20.00.

Attached is a copy of the Initial Reply Form. In order to confirm your teams intention to participate, please return this form by March 16, 2019. This form can be mailed, emailed, faxed, or hand-delivered. This form also includes a section where you must provide at least one official for the mens team and one official for the womens team. Please select one of the field events that each coach would be willing to officiate.
