Time: Field Events 3:00pm, Track Events 3:30pm

Location: Dock Mennonite Academy

Teams Invited: ALL Bicentennial Athletic League teams, and other D1 AA or AAA teams that will add to the overall competitive nature of the Invitational. This is not an open meet.

Entries: Each team is allowed THREE (3) entries in each event please reserve the third entry to only those that are close to a league or District standard. An A & B entry will be accepted for relay events. The 4x800m and 4x100m A & B will run with each other. The 4x400m B teams will compete before the A-Team to allow time between the 200m and 4x400m A races for recovery. We will be offering a novice 1600m (2 heats if necessary both Boys & Girls). No need to enter online. Have your athletes ready to go the day of the meet. For the novice 1600m, we will be running the F.A.T. system as a back-up. Please hand-time your athletes. Sticks will be handed out at the finish line (like XC.). Please give estimated times to your athletes so we can seed at the line. (There is no limit on the amount of entries for the NOVICE races.)

Field Events: Competitors will use their own regulation Shot, Discus, Javelin, and Pole Vault poles. PIAA Pole Vault Verification forms are required. The bar will keep moving up in the Pole Vault and High Jump. We will score best of 4 attempts in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, and throwing events. There will be NO finals in the field events. Please have your athletes versed on checking in and out of these events. We will run the tripe jump as an open pit for both boys and girls. The triple jump pit will open for run-throughs as soon as the girls long jump is completed.

Awards/Results: Top 3 awarded in each event. There will be no team scores. Results will be live on RUN.TF and sent to all coaches following the meet and will be posted here on MileSplit.

Officiating: Each school is required to provide one official. Please send me contact info for your official and I can assign them to an event. If I do not hear from you, an event will be assigned upon arrival.

Other Info: Dock Mennonite Academy Head Coach Tim Eger is the Meet Director. We will be using a Fully Automated Timing (F.A.T.) system provided by RUN.TF. A scratch sheet will be available when you arrive. We will reseed heats as necessary to avoid empty lanes in the sprint events. No day of Additions or substitutions! The late entry closing should eliminate the need to late additions. There will be an officials meeting followed immediately by a coaches meeting at 2:30pm. Six (6) Mach 2 Starting Blocks will be provided (and one (1) Moye Block is available upon request). The Concession Stand will be open during the meet. Bathrooms are available next to the Concession Stand. Please stay out of the school building and fieldhouse.

Spikes: 1/4 inch pyramid max! This is an early meet on the schedule so please check for XC length spikes on your athletes! Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Parking: Busses will be able to drop off teams at the Stadium and park in the available bus only spots at the far end of the stadium. If overflow is needed they will be directed to park in the lower lots.

Tents: We ask that teams reserve the first section of grandstand (near finish line) for spectator seating. Tenting is allowed in the grandstand seats and on the surrounding grass and macadam vicinity. No team camps on the infield. Please observe all caution tape. We will be taping off boundary areas -- especially around the throwing events for safety.
